Navajo Gallup Solar Expo ‘09

One year after their hugely successful Solar Expo held in Window Rock Arizona, Gallup Solar with the Navajo Nation are preparing for their second annual Solar Expo.  This expo is designed to engage and educate the local community, and encourage solar power usage and development in the region.  The theme for this year’s event, which will be held at the Navajo Nation Museum on September 18th, 2009 , will be “Partnering to Bring Renewable Energy to All.”  Invited speakers at this Expo will explain some of the cutting-edge technologies, financial incentives, and practical applications of renewable energy.  Exhibitors will be on hand to answer questions and display their products.  Come to the Museum in Window Rock from 9 am to 5 pm on Friday Sept. 18th to learn more about solar and renewable energy opportunities for the region.  Admission is free.
