UPDATE: The Tulsa Police Department tells KRMG it is cancelling the Amber Alert for Katori Smith.

Police have developed information that Katori is no longer in danger and this incident may be part of a custody issue. The investigation continues.

The Tulsa Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 1-year-old girl.

Katori Smith was last seen at 1:15 p.m. when she was taken by Charlie Wilson, 36, at 1500 N. Peoria Ave., police said.

The relationship between the two is unknown at this time.

Smith is a mixed-race girl with dark hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a baby blue shirt with brown sleeves, brown pants and black leopard-print shoes.

Wilson is an American Indian man and was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with horizontal stripes, dark-blue jeans and a ball cap. He is described as having many tattoos.

Wilson was driving a 1990s model maroon Chevrolet Caprice with either an OU sticker on the back. A license plate number was not provided.

Anyone with information on suspect of the girl's whereabouts is asked to contact Tulsa police at 918-596-AMBR.
