BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) – The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for help identifying the person responsible for killing a 29-year-old man who was walking along Highway 2 on Montana's Blackfeet Indian Reservation.

Eugene Jesse Stevens was killed about 1:45 a.m on Sept. 25 after he left his vehicle and began walking along the highway between Browning and East Glacier.

No arrests have been made. FBI Special Agent David Johnson said he hoped the reward offer would spur someone to come forward with information.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI at (801) 579-1400 or (406) 424-8411.
