Mr. President,

As a Native American elder living within the cross-hairs of the fossil fuel purveyors on native land in north-central Oklahoma, I know that the Keystone pipeline project is nothing less than blasphemy. The pipeline cuts a vicious swath through America’s heartland and the heart of the Ponca tribal nation of which I am also a proud citizen. The ticking bomb pipeline is literally a horrible catastrophe that will make this part of our  Mother Earth uninhabitable for all living things. There are no truly lasting benefits. Extreme words ? Not nearly enough time and space to fully express my outrage at this great tragedy being perpetuated upon humanity by the all powerful petro forces nor refute all their clever propaganda. May truth and goodness prevail.  I will continue to pray for you to have the strength to oppose this project. You are the our last, best hope. God Bless Us All.

Dwain Camp, Elder of the Ponca Nation
