CLAREMORE, Okla.—Mobility Plus, a subsidiary of Cherokee Nation Businesses, is opening its doors at a new facility in the Claremore Medical Park. Mobility Plus quickly outgrew the previous Claremore location due to higher volume of customers and increasing demand for home medical products. The business will now occupy a brand new 3500 square foot space in the expanding medical park on Route 66.

“The move has helped us expand our storage and warehouse space and allows us to create a larger showroom and service area,” said Scott Knowles, president of Cherokee Nation Businesses’ health care division. “This space allows us to better serve our customers and keep growing to better meet the needs of the community.”

The new location allows for easier access in and out of the parking area from the main road and has increased spaces and ramps for handicapped parking. Mobility Plus supplies durable medical equipment, providing personal consultation to clients and customizing equipment for each individual’s needs. The Claremore location also serves customers in Rogers, Mayes, Nowata, Delaware, Craig and Ottawa Counties.

“We’re so grateful to be accepted as a part of this community,” Knowles said. “We’ve provided medical equipment and services to people in this area since we opened our Claremore location in 2008 and look forward to building strong relationships as we continue to grow.”

Mobility Plus offers 24-hour emergency service delivery, repair services, equipment set-up and instruction reimbursement assistance. Mobility Plus employs more than 80 people in five counties, with offices in Muskogee, Tahlequah, Claremore, Tulsa and McAlester.
