FRESNO, Calif. (AP) – The last of 15 men accused in an armed takeover of a California Native American tribe’s casino has settled his case.

The Fresno Bee reports former tribal council leader Vernon King was allowed to settle his case on Monday without a plea for trespassing.

King and others were arrested for an office raid at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino northeast of Fresno last year.

Under the agreement, King’s case will be reviewed in six months. If he has no new criminal offenses, the case will be dismissed.

King and the others are accused of following former head of the tribe Tex McDonald into the casino office with firearms and stunguns as part of a dispute between rival factions of the Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians.

McDonald pleaded guilty to false imprisonment.
