Month-long celebration includes "Crack the Safe" events at each location
VINITA, OK - Oklahoma State Bank, located in Vinita, OK will celebrate its’ 75th year in business this September. They want to include all of their current and future customers in this celebration, and will host their “Crack The Safe” Event at each of their three locations.
In 1937, during the Great Recession, a group of forward thinking investors started Craig County Bank which eventually became known as Oklahoma State Bank. OSB has been at the forefront of economic development and growth throughout Northeastern Oklahoma. For the past 75 years, the bank has enjoyed tremendous success, and has expanded from its’ downtown Vinita location to Langley and Monkey Island. This success has allowed them to show over $100 million in assets to date. “In recognition of the OSB’s 75th Anniversary, we wanted to acknowledge our great community that has supported our efforts since 1937”, noted CEO, Heath Hartley. “All of the bank’s officers and staff share an enthusiasm and passion for Northeastern Oklahoma and continue to have a long standing desire to see it prosper and flourish.”
The bank has always been dedicated to serving its local communities, so when planning for the 75th anniversary bank employees felt the best way to celebrate the banks’ success was to give back to the communities that have supported them for 75 years. OSB invites its’ members as well as the public to join them in celebrating their success! Each location will have refreshments and a chance to “Crack The Safe”, offering cash prizes of over $500 as well as other giveaways.
The OSB Monkey Island Branch is located just south of the highway 125/85 junction at the entry of Monkey Island. They will celebrate from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on September 6, 2012.
The OSB Langley Branch is located north of highway 82/28 junction and will celebrate from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on September 13, 2012.
And the final celebration will be held on September 20, 2012 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Vinita, located on 120 West Canadian Ave.
